Toddler Approved Banana Cookies
A healthy but tasty treat for little ones
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Handful raisins
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Use a blender or food processor to blitz all ingredients except for the raisins.
Mix through the raisins.
Put spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking tray and squash into the shape of a cookie. The cookies don't really spread while cooking so you want to try and get them flat-ish and circular at this point.
Bake for 12 minutes for a chewy cookie or slightly longer if you'd prefer them crunchier.
