I’ve been using Simple Regeneration Age Resisting Day Cream since I got back from my holiday 10 days ago. Although I’m only 20, I’ve read a few times that we should use anti aging products from the age of 15 so thought I’d give it a go. I’m not entirely sure what to say though as there is no way I can tell whether it’s worked until I’m older!
The main reason I chose this moisturiser is that it has spf 15 and isn’t very expensive at around £6.50 for 50ml. I really like the look of the packaging with the pump to dispense the moisturiser. However, the first few times I used it, I pressed the pump down all the way and ended up with far too much, but I got used to it pretty quickly! The moisturiser itself seems good so far – it doesn’t make my skin feel greasy although some days it has felt a bit dry so I’ve had to apply it twice. It has no perfumes or colours so should be ok to use on sensitive skin. Looking at the ingredients list it looks like there are loads of chemicals in it which is a bit surprising as I thought Simple were a brand which used mostly natural ingredients. I’m not sure which of the chemicals are natural and which aren’t, but I did spot a parabens in the list and I’ve been told that these are bad for your skin.
I’m going to finish using the bottle as I’ve been looking for a moisturiser with spf for ages and so far I’ve had no problems with it. I might try to find out a bit more about the ingredients though before I buy it again!
