For the past few weeks I’ve been using the Shake Weight which is a new weight designed to tone your arms, shoulders and chest. It works using dynamic inertia which means that it is 300% more effective than a normal weight. It is claimed that you will see results within a month if you use the Shake Weight for 6 minutes a day. You get a DVD with the Shake Weight which shows you how to use it correctly.
At first, I found the Shake Weight quite hard to use but I did get used to it and I must be doing it right now as my arms to do seem to be getting more toned. I have to admit that I don’t use it every day and my arms tend to give up after about 3 minutes but as I said, it does seem to be working so I don’t think it really matters! The free DVD is helpful and shows you how to use the Shake Weight to tone the different muscles.
The Shake Weight is much better than I originally thought it was going to be. It is great for someone like me who doesn’t like going to the gym and it cost £29.95 which is much cheaper than a gym membership!
