Hedgehog Cupcakes

I’ve become completely addicted to cupcakes (both baking and eating them!) since my Mum bought me a cupcake recipe book for my birthday!  They are so quick to make and always taste really good.  The book I have is Cupcakes by Susanna Tee and it’s got lots of different ideas as well as pictures of each cupcake.  Each recipe I use seems to be better than the last; I’ve even converted my boyfriend to chocolate cake after giving him a batch of Valentine’s cupcakes!
